Standard Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to all service packages and agreements with Stephanie Bergeron Marketing. By engaging any service, you agree to these terms.
Billing & Payment
- Billing Cycle: The first month is due at signing. Subsequent monthly invoices are issued on the 1st of each month via automated clearing.
- Grace Period: A 5-day grace period is extended for all manual invoices.
- Late Fees: A 5% late fee is applied to balances unpaid after 10 days.
- Service Pause: To protect creative resources, active marketing execution and posting pause automatically if an invoice remains unpaid past 15 days.
Cancellation & Commitment
- Month-to-Month Packages: 30 days written notice required to cancel.
- 3-Month Minimum Packages: Commitment is required for the full term to build search authority. Early termination may result in a prorated fee.
- 6-Month Minimum Packages: Commitment is required for the full term for deep local positioning. Early termination may result in a prorated fee.
- One-Time Projects: Non-refundable deposits secure your project slot and cover initial work. Final payment is due upon delivery.
